Association Restrictions

Nearly all of the Homeowner Associations have rigid limitations about awning styles, colors, and valance designs. Written authorization is required prior to any installation. The form is obtainable from your association and will inquire about the nature of the installation and the contractor providing it.

We are an approved contractor for nearly all of them, and can assist you in providing the necessary information in order to secure approval.
